SAMPLE PAST LIVES REPORT
Welcome to your Past Life report. Whereas the birthchart is
a symbolic road map describing your current life, the Past Lives chart is a
blueprint of your previous incarnations. The pages that follow will help
shed some light on themes related to your past life instincts. First, let's
talk about reincarnation which is the belief that the current incarnation
(as depicted by our birthchart) is linked to the lives that we have
previously led. This collection of past influences points to particular
experiences you might encounter again so that you can further your growth
and fully develop your creative potential. These past impressions go far in
shaping many of our current thoughts and choices. There are certain gifts a
person seems to possess right out of the womb! It's as though destiny or
fate leads one to realize these attributes. Of course, we still have to show
ambition and make the effort in order to keep our dreams alive. This report
may give confirmation to talents that you already know you have or open your
eyes to ones that you have yet to discover.
Our past lives are alive and well in our consciousness. This
may already be apparent to you. But on the other hand, these experiences can
lie beyond the threshold of our conscious mind's awareness. What is doing
the remembering, if our mind isn't? Call it your soul, higher consciousness
or whatever explanation feels right to you.
Have you ever heard about karma, that great law of cause and
effect? An old timeless saying sums up the whole process: "You reap what you
sew." There are actions and thoughts that defined us in other lives, or have
guided us to where we are in the present. They don't really exert any
control over us. We have freedom of choice. That's a strong message to
remember when reading this report.
Also, don't panic if you read something that says you were
not a perfect person. Nobody is in the current one! Use the report as a
learning tool. The idea is to keep developing and evolving. It's balancing
the cosmic rhythm of past and present that presents each of us with a
challenge. Do we respond positively or negatively? With hope or doubt? Many
of our tendencies are linked to previous incarnations. Certain patterns have
likely been by our side over many lifetimes. As we grow and expand our
awareness, it becomes very possible to step beyond the trappings of past
No doubt you will read various sections that seem to
contradict each other. Each could be true about you. It's important to
realize that many different dimensions of ourselves live within us. Each of
us is composed of memories from so many past lives, combined with an
assortment of ways we have learned to deal with reality in this life, that
make us complex beings. See which descriptions ring true to you as you read
through the following pages. You will notice some traits described have a
I hope you find this report an enjoyable ride into your past
life instincts and thought patterns. They are somewhere in your
consciousness. Perhaps some of what you read will strike a familiar chord.
After all, these pages are all about your past life loves, creative
pursuits, adventures, travels, highs and lows, over many lifetimes. Happy
The Past Life Chart Structure
Some technical explanations about the Past Life chart (if
you detest technical discussions, then skip this paragraph and jump right
into the report!). The Ascendant in this chart starts with the sign on the
cusp of the 12th house, instead of the traditional method of using the sign
on the 1st house cusp, which is the sign rising on the eastern horizon at
the time of birth. Also, the Past Life birthchart houses are counted
clockwise, rather than the conventional way of counterclockwise. In other
words, since the 12th house becomes the Ascendant, the sign on the cusp of
the 11th house now begins the 2nd house, etc., around the chart wheel. What
is considered the Ascendant or 1st house in the traditional chart becomes
the 12th in the Past Life chart. Your planets remain in the same sign
placements, but now occupy different houses, in this new chart. The planets
in signs are interpreted in your report from a past lives perspective.
Something interesting to consider in thinking of the houses
in a clockwise direction, they are actually now moving in the same direction
as the Nodes of the Moon. As you will read in the report the Moon's nodes
are strong past life or karmic points in a chart. Their retrograde motion is
clockwise meaning they share the same life biorhythms as the houses of the
Past Life chart. By traveling backward, or clockwise, through the houses,
you are being regressed back into a past life analysis. Enjoy your ride down
memory filled lanes!
In this section are the first, middle and last names of your Past Lives
astrological identity, the Sun, Moon, and Past Lives Ascendant. Each of
these three building blocks will be discussed as to how they actively shaped
many of your former lives. But before you meet these three key players, you
will start your tour through memory lane with the North Node of the Moon.
The North Node contains a special message about what was your overall life
purpose. It was a constant rhythm pulsating in your consciousness to keep
you on target toward your true purposes. It was a celestial compass trying
to guide you to walk your talk with greater clarity. So sit back, and enjoy
reading your past lives primer.
Node in Capricorn
You had a history of taking the roles you assumed quite
seriously. One of your key impulses was determining what was worth your time
and commitment. Your soul was normally quite sober about reincarnating
knowing the work ahead would take great determination. The archetypal theme
for your destiny was to be a leader. A crucial lesson was to remember to
delegate. You usually attracted responsibility easily so needed to be
careful in not trying to do everything yourself. Being more inclusive took a
load off of your shoulders.
If you grew too dependent on others, you had just as many
problems. Then again, when you made the time for closeness, you were more
fulfilled. A trickster was in becoming your own emotional island, hidden
away from others. Usually this led to loneliness and feeling empty, no
matter how great the outer success. Finding a way to balance the drive to
climb the career ladder with having a happy home was a key to the city of
happiness. Another way to say this was staying clear about self-reliance and
showing you needed someone. You eventually valued a home as a sanctuary.
Becoming recognized for accomplishments was a big deal. You grew through
meeting individuals that encouraged you to go beyond your fears and letting
them really get to know you. Also, it was when you encountered a job that
challenged your inner strength that a little voice within tried to guide you
with reassurance to the finish line.
Node in 5th house
What types of activities did you participate in that
furthered your soul growth? Finding creative outlets big enough to express
your vitality was essential. If you held back your inventiveness, you lacked
the gusto to manifest your talents. A common concern was "how can I get my
ability noticed?" When you didn't try to steam roll your desires over the
needs of others, you managed to stay out of karma's way. What sorts of
experiences motivated you? Falling in love was a big one! It always took you
out of your worries. Another one was getting a chance to demonstrate your
capability. When people showered you with attention, it gave you an extra
boost. If you became too eccentric or egocentric, eventually your momentum
came to a crashing halt. A youthful spirit that energized others was part of
your past. When you let others feel free to reach their own potentials, this
kept you on track as much as not giving your support alienated those trying
to love you. Somewhere, always hiding in the caverns of your memory banks
was a heart-filled generosity instinct mixed with a tinge of rebelliousness
and independence. When using this wisely and timely, life was colored with a
unique eye for progressive trends and a way of sniffing out those trails
leading to reinventing yourself.
Sun: Creativity, Ego, Self-expression
Sun in Leo:
The sign of Leo the lion lighted the mid-summer astrological
skies at your birth into this life. Let's explore what significance this had
in regard to your past lives. In traditional astrology the keyword phrase
for Leo is "I create". You had a repeating pattern about getting your
message out there to others in a dramatic way. Promoting yourself, or those
you loved, was a trait carried over from one lifetime to another. A dynamic
will power paved the way for success. Your ego got bruised when you didn't
feel you received your just rewards. A craving for attention made you
somewhat vulnerable to the wishes of others.
Archetypes for Leo include the Queen, King, actor, and
promoter. Power was an issue. Your lifetimes found you assuming too little
or too much. When you were balanced in the wise use of authority your
relationships and life in general were more harmonious.
The cosmic principle at work through many of your past
incarnations was to push yourself to maximum overdrive. You weren't always a
type A personality. You had a habit of not stopping until you finished what
you started. When you realized you couldn't get your own way on all
occasions, you were more fun to know. You found ego strength through
self-expression. You came into this life solarized through a sign promoting
a multitude of get up and go. Vitality was a gift. Growing too attached to
creations was a shadow. Letting others express their own personal attributes
was a key to your self-mastery. It was when you acted with courage and with
a willingness to listen to the heartbeat of those you loved that you were
Sun in 9th house
You had solar power lifting your adventurous mind to explore
alternative realities in previous lives. A restless drive to travel far from
birth was a repeating pattern. Your creative vitality was insatiable when
you were intent on making your ideals come true. Communication and education
were favorite interests. You were a good debater and could argue a point
until others became exhausted. Pride in your beliefs was a trait. You were
admired for your relentless search for truth and a broad vision.
If there was a challenge it was becoming too dogmatic and
judgmental. When you became too narrow in scope, people weren't as fond of
you. When you maintained a more eclectic approach, you were a real hit. The
student and teacher shined brightly through you. It was your capacity to
motivate others out of their doldrums that won you accolades. Travel was one
way you kept your mind entertained and growing. It took you longer than many
to learn discipline. It's only that you didn't want to be tied down to
commitments that kept you trapped. Your self-expression developed quickly
when you finally found your piece of the pie. You liked having a sense of
humor. You found fulfillment when seeing your ideas gaining acceptance, and
being true to your philosophical beliefs.
Moon: Sense of Security, Roots, Feelings
Moon in Aries:
You were lunarized at birth through the sign of Aries. What
does this say about your past life tendencies? An instinctual fighting
spirit allowed you to survive calamities and dilemmas. The family ancestries
in past lives were linked by a pioneering spirit. You searched your soul for
the courage to act decisively.
Your inner landscapes were colored with a restless
atmosphere for adventure. Competition pumped you with a feisty attitude.
There were lives where you lacked the backbone of your convictions. A lack
of initiative or just plain fear kept you from boldly displaying your true
self. You usually incarnated with a sense of urgency to move forward.
Patience never came easy. Channeling anger constructively was the sign of
true wisdom. As you matured, and found your true paths, the powers of
concentration were cultivated. You preferred individuals who knew how to
take care of themselves.
You never had a feeling of extreme permanence in many lives
about where you resided. Moving seems to have fit your need to look for
opportunities. Finding a location that satisfied your sense of adventure was
foremost in your mind. Your subconscious called to you to seek those
experiences that gave you a strong sense of identity and purpose.
Moon in 2nd house
You had intuitive power regarding money in past lives.
Playing it safe to ensure you didn't lose what you owned was a concern. You
instinctually knew how to put your resources to work wisely, which gave you
a greater sense of security. You had intuitive instincts about investments.
You valued family. Possessive people you tended to resist.
You found not being too dependent on others left you with greater autonomy.
You had to watch out for growing too possessive. There was a great desire
for peace. Stress was not tolerated for long as it made you uneasy. Though
you had to watch out for inertia. You preferred maintaining a serene mood.
You displayed persistence along with a stubborn streak. You had a strong
inner determination when confronted by an obstacle. A feeling to be
momentarily secure outweighed the risk-taker in you. You were drawn to
experiences that energized your creative imagination.
Ascendant: Persona, Identity, Calling Card
Aries on Ascendant:
With the sign Aries as your past lives Ascendant, a
competitive spirit colored your incarnations. You were typically a
fast-paced person and not one to accept second place finishes easily. You
had a past life pattern of carrying yourself with impulsive thoughts and
swift actions. People either found you a breath of fresh air or someone that
was too disruptive. You had a heartfelt pioneering spirit deep in your soul
that came forward when you acted courageously. You tended to react
impulsively. Patience wasn't something that came naturally. It was
imperative that you learned to exercise caution before leaping into reckless
risks. If you acted out overly non-assertive tendencies you felt out of sync
with your natural way of being direct. You became bored if you didn't give
life a chance to challenge you mentally or physically. Your adrenaline was
awakened when you had to summon the courage to stand up for your beliefs.
Dealing with your anger was a common theme. This didn't require that you be
a doormat. Nor did it imply you steam-rolled your personal preferences over
the minds of others. Anger was your doorway to passion. You didn't like the
world to deliberate too long before responding to your wishes.
Mercury: Communication, Perceptions and Logic
Mercury in Leo
You were Mercurialized at birth through the sign of Leo
pointing to vivacious mental impulses in past lives. Being dramatic in
speech was your communication style.
Sharing center stage with the intelligence of others was not
easy. You could be competitive in outshining others. You wore your mental
prowess as proudly as a lion showing off its power. People sensed they
better make you feel important if they wanted to be your friend or lover.
This isn't saying you had no ability to recognize the talents of others. In
fact, you won admiration when showing your confidence in someone. You were a
solid promoter. Advertising ability followed you right out of the womb.
People would buy what you were selling due to your persuasive use of
language. You exhibited a sense of humor. Creative freedom is what drove
you. You needed to be aware of a tendency to impose your ideas on others.
Your mental outlook was brighter when you perceived how to create several
outlets for a highly spirited vitality, and when you found roles that
showcased your skills.
Mercury in 9th house
Your perceptions moved expansively, snowballing, as you
became more excited about the future. Life was a series of adventures in
your perspective. You eagerly looked out at the world, in search of new
terrain to travel. Your mind was restless and full of senseless wonder. A
student of life your were. Teaching what you knew became a favorite pastime.
Education helped fulfill many of your dreams. Foreign places and people
stimulated you to think in bigger ways. You grew tired of routines quickly.
People didn't admire a tendency in you to lack concentration.
Communication excited you. Sharing ideas with others got you
to think more creatively. Your beliefs were strong. When not so dogmatic
people liked you more. You were not one to usually lose sleep over the
details. You had a nose for the big things and had a great sense of
direction. Though you did need to watch out for becoming too scattered and
overconfident. Situations better be growth promoting if they wanted you to
stay. Maintaining a positive attitude was a must.
Venus: Relationships, Values, Comfort.
Venus in Libra
With the love goddess adorning you through the sign of Libra
at birth, you came from past lives where you enjoyed your fair share of very
romantic lovers. Many people experienced you as symbolizing gracefulness and
fairness. Your social instincts were shaded with a hue of diplomacy and
The ideal soul mate was someone with a willingness to
celebrate milestones and a heart for romantic atmospheres. You were
attracted to lovers not afraid of sensuality and believing in equality.
People leaned on your insights to help them see both sides of a dilemma. It
was your own jams that were the hardest to figure out. Indecision often was
the result of trying to please too many demanding individuals.
You worked well with the public. You enjoyed the arts and
sometimes pursued this avidly. It is evident that you thrived on the
stimulation derived from partnerships. You could think on your own, but it
was that boost you got from shared brainpower that turned your intellect on.
Your romantic fulfillment depended greatly on being with someone that had a
willingness to listen, and at the same time wasn't hesitant to act on new
Venus in 8th house
You were inquisitive when interacting socially, wanting to
know the real intentions of others. There was a probing intensity about you.
You were a passionate force in relationships, drawing out deep emotions in
others. You were quite loyal when you trusted someone.
Betrayal felt like a stab in the back. Some accused you of
not forgiving easily, though you explained this as having to know your
boundaries. When you made a commitment, it could be for life. Romance
bordered on the extreme in that you weren't always interested in passive
lovers. You liked those with a true sense of intrigue. Your own mysterious
energy led you into exotic encounters. When love came too easy you didn't
always appreciate it. Growing too attached to someone sometimes was
troublesome. You had strong survival instincts. You were attached to privacy
and having financial freedom. When individuals respected each of these
sacred grounds, you felt valued. Pointing the way to greater empowerment for
those you loved meant a lot to you.
Mars: Assertion, Courage, Identity
Mars in Sagittarius
What would a warrior planet in the fiery sign of Sagittarius
mean regarding your past lives? You were a restless adventurer. Sitting
still and waiting for life to happen to you wasn't your style. Fighting for
your beliefs was a regular pattern. You liked to travel, even along
unexplored territories. Finding those back trails made you excited. Your
initiating impulse was accelerated when chasing your romanticized dreams.
You needed idealism to keep fueling your drive. Taking risks that others
feared to try did cause you various injuries and loss. A competitive streak
developed when someone was trying to outsmart you.
Your identity was strengthened through incorporating the
beliefs and knowledge of those living beyond your home territory. People
found you to be an energizing force in inspiring them to be all they could
be. Impatience did cause you to get easily angered. Those betraying your
trust weren't always forgiven as honesty meant much to you. Learning to
steer clear of hasty judgements did make you easier to tolerate. You didn't
find sitting in a classroom as much fun as learning through exploring. Your
concentration grew strong when your interest was captured. Religion and
spirituality at times found you a devote practitioner. Though you sometimes
let individuals know they were hypocrites when you thought them not
practicing what they preached. When you moved with an acceptance for
differences and with a clear vision of the future, life seemed more
Mars in 6th house
You took initiative when it came to learning more efficient
ways to perform a job. The catch was you really had to have your interest
captured, or you fought learning details. Your adrenaline got pumping
through working at something you thoroughly enjoyed. A competitive side was
summoned when others doubted your ability. This made you want to prove them
wrong, unless their criticism got the best of you. Fighting to defend your
causes was a repeating pattern. What made you become territorial? When
people tried to enslave you to narrow options. Though it must be said a
regular schedule kept you mentally balanced and physically healthier.
Impatience kept you from mastering what you were trying to
perfect. Developing consistent effort turned out to be the key to success.
When you lacked patience, you did grow overly critical of yourself and
others. Assertiveness was not all that spontaneous. This was either due to
humility or extreme lack of confidence. You did show more directness as you
grew comfortable with your identity. Anger stemmed more from frustration
with things not going according to a plan. You calmed down when you regained
your perspective or distracted yourself away from worry. You especially
tended to fight against individuals you didn't respect in professional
Jupiter: Knowledge, Expansion, Philosophy, Travel
Jupiter in Cancer
Having Jupiter, the planet of good fortune, in the sign of
Cancer indicates you were enthusiastic about moving to other locations and
eventually settling into a family life. Much of the knowledge you gained was
through everyday exchanges with people. You were an intuitive type. A quiet
listener was more your style, that is, until you blossomed into a tower of
mental strength. You chose to expand your potential through sometimes moving
to more opportunistic regions or in finding the right allies that would
support your needs. A positive attitude you found quite beneficial when you
were searching for clarity in determining your future goals. Luck came
through when you weren't afraid of change. Showing the confidence to move
ahead with choices attracted the right people and resources. Travel was a
way to process the past and to find the inspiration to climb over obstacles
in your path. A nomadic ancestry was linked to many of your incarnations.
When maintaining a broad perspective you developed the eyes to see a bigger
picture unfolding in front of you, one that could contain your own
aspirations along with those of your loved ones. If you didn't change course
too quickly, life was more rewarding.
Jupiter in 11th house
A positive and enterprising outlook influenced you to
experiment with uplifting goals. The future pulled on you vigorously.
Sometimes you wished you had paid more attention to the present, though
there were moments when you regretted not moving forward quicker.
Spontaneity was your lifeline to freedom. You had to know there were escape
routes away from boring routines. Your insights sometimes shocked people.
Groups and professional organizations benefited from your ideas. Your
patience wasn't the best in being a team player. Being treated independently
and equally were sensitive needs. You weren't always a revolutionary. As a
matter of fact sometimes you opposed new trends if they were conflicting
with your belief system. Travel elevated your mind above your worries. It
had a way of exciting your brain to think with greater energy. Luck smiled
favorably upon you when not afraid to walk your talk, whether the applause
occurred or not. Good fortune came through a determination not to compromise
your integrity and listening from your heart to hear those most inspiring
Saturn: Ambition, Seriousness, Focus, Responsibility
Saturn in Scorpio
Ambition came through you powerfully, says your past lives
history, with Saturn placed in the intense sign of Scorpio. This was in
reality true after you thoroughly investigated the various potentials you
possessed. Discipline was the natural outcome in being willing to make a
commitment to whatever you were trying to master. Summoning the strength
from within sometimes miraculously occurred when you needed it the most.
Your greatest fear was failing to be a success. When you became clear this
was mostly due to your worry over disappointing others, you found a renewed
sense of freedom. In other words, your fear lessened because you chose to
pursue your own dreams.
A karmic shadow was to either utilize extreme force to get
your own way, or to run completely away from your power. A clear sense of
empowerment brought an incredible rebirth and fulfillment. You often defined
yourself through professions that allowed you to reach self-mastery, and as
someone unwilling to retreat from a challenge.
Saturn in 7th house
What was your main focus? It was relationships, whether
romantic or otherwise. You consistently asked at crucial points during an
incarnation: how do I develop meaningful and mutually beneficial
partnerships? Knowing your boundaries in relating to others gave you a sense
of control. Rigidity in trying to change others sometimes produced karmic
woes. The antidote was greater flexibility in this area, that is, when you
were determined not to repeat the same old lessons needing to be learned.
A shadow was trying to overly please. Indecision was the
result. You compromised yourself to the point of becoming confused. Clear
definition in your expectations of others, and they of you, was important.
Life taught you to be careful about commitments in that you needed balance.
A fear of love was not the way to finding a soul mate. Though leaning too
heavily on someone might get you into trouble. It was in learning how to
create stable unions that you discovered fulfillment. A major redefining
regularly occurred in lifetimes associated with reality testing. You needed
to ascertain who were true allies. Wisdom came through being reasonable in
your search for the right partnerships, and in seeing you couldn't make
everyone happy all of the time.
Uranus: Individuality, Goals, Uniqueness, Freedom
Uranus in Cancer
You had a tendency to react emotionally about future goals,
indicates having Uranus in the sign Cancer. Your mind did switch to fast
forward when you sensed how to preserve your sense of security. Emotional
roller coaster rides are what bothered you the most. Sometimes you purposely
disrupted your own comfort zones just for the heck of it. Then again, you
enjoyed a home providing peace of mind.
Inventiveness found roots in your intuition. You found that
new ideas came when you had time for private contemplation. It was important
where you lived. You launched refreshing perceptions when living in a locale
rightly aligned with your intellect. Maintaining a sense of direction
allowed you to feel inwardly safe, and outwardly confident that you were a
step away from greeting the excitement of new potentials.
Uranus in 10th house
In what way were you unconventional? That's an easy one to
answer, you were a distinct individual in whatever role you viewed as
important. You were aloof concerning what you didn't value. People
occasionally found you emotionally absent. You had futuristic vision that
burned a hole right through the skeleton of most institutions. You
reinvented yourself through professions that reflected your genius or most
outrageous beliefs. Fighting city hall was a mantra. A sense of direction
was an in the moment experience. You liked living in the present with one
foot safely in tomorrow's promising skies. You weren't so available to be
counted on for support by others. If you didn't trust your own insights
there was a tendency to get stuck in confining roles. It was impossible to
be happy if letting someone control your thinking. Innovative events and
people made your internal clocks turn electrically ahead. You stood firm if
you perceived that it was not in your best interest to make adjustments. It
was that you grew bored which led to sarcasm. Inventive circuitry ran
throughout your brain. You often were so far out in front of the pack that
nobody knew what to make of your knowledge. Finding ways to be part of
mainstream life of a tribe or city was a challenge.
Neptune: Idealism, Romanticism, Intuition, Dreams,
Neptune in Libra
You believed in ideals that symbolized fairness and justice
for all. Your idealism was awakened through the individuals believing in
you, and the ones you admired. Talents in the arts were shown in several
lives. You liked individuals possessing diplomacy and tact. Stress annoyed
you if lasting too long. Denying there was any problems never resolved
anything. Romance was a great calling. Love was almost a religion. You liked
exotic partners and those willing to move quickly in an atmosphere of
celebration. Falling in love with a lack of reality testing was not in your
A major challenge was in defining the boundaries between you
and others. Guilt made you feel too responsible for a person's troubles.
Wearing rose colored glasses painted false first impressions of individuals,
letting you see what only you chose to perceive. There were times when you
could see right into the soul of someone. When you were honest with
yourself, you gravitated to the right peers and lovers. You wanted from the
deepest part of your soul to get opportunities to express your gifts and to
find a special someone that recognized the true you. You found
transcendental growth through not trying to overly please others, and by
having the faith to proceed ahead with your most determined effort.
Neptune in 8th house
In what way were you extra intuitive? It was regarding power
and business. Your mind told you to avoid danger. Though you didn't always
listen. Challenging relationships particularly intrigued you, as did
mysterious lovers. You became mesmerized when investigating subjects
considered off limits by society. There was an interest in trying forbidden
material. Your idealism caused you to go way over the edge when it came to
love. There was heartache when it came to finding a suitable soul mate.
There was an inner toughness in you that lay underneath your outer persona.
You didn't fear the trouble that falling in love could bring. Though your
partners could be weak willed, not having your strength. Commitments were
not necessarily sought after, unless you were really sure about someone.
A test was not surrendering too much of your power to
someone you idealized. You could give up your wealth and logic if you fell
head over heels in love. Self-mastery came when you felt the inspiration of
your beliefs. Your spirituality gave you the fortitude to resist giving into
your adversaries, when you knew you were serving your highest values. You
sometimes got clearer in knowing who was worthy of your trust. What was the
biggest challenge? You had to beware of running away from emotional
closeness and fearing to find out your own shortcomings. Faith transformed
your denial into personal empowerment. You searched for a purpose that left
you the option of rebirth.
Pluto: Personal Power, Self-mastery, Rebirth, Loss,
Pluto in Leo
Empowering yourself through creative risk-taking was a past
lives tendency. A strong drive to make your plans ring true was forever
pulsating through you. Finding pride through giving birth to ideas was a
regular pattern. Cheering and promoting emanated from you loudly. You shined
brightly with charisma when your accomplishments were recognized. Your
enthusiasm often swept people into believing in you. Growing too attached to
what you loved was an occasional downfall. Maintaining some objective
distance from lovers and your creations made you easier to like.
There was a shadow. What was it? A fear of losing. When your
skin toughened up enough to at least accept a small dose of rejection, you
didn't suffer as much. You could fight endlessly to make others accept your
proposals and deals. In the end, you had to decide which battles to wage. In
some incarnations you actually lacked the confidence to be successful.
Therefore, in this latter case you had to find ways to allow the talent to
develop. Self-mastery was discovered through allowing authentic
self-expression beam brightly from you. You found rebirth or a sense of
renewal when listening to your heart, rather than the fear of your
Pluto in 9th house
How did you go about seeking personal empowerment? It was
through maintaining a broad-minded vision of what you were trying to
accomplish. You were emphatic about keeping your options open. A renewed
sense of purpose was discovered through venturing out into territory that
was foreign to your normal way of learning. Whether being educated
traditionally or unconventionally, you had a passionate yearning to put your
knowledge to work. A powerful self-examination manifested itself when your
faith in yourself or others was shattered by a calamity. You had to regain
your resolve to move on. Making peace with the past usually paid dividends
later. Relocating was sometimes your way of starting over. A compulsive
tendency to put all of your eggs into a single dogmatic philosophy did make
you difficult to tolerate. If you alienated too many people, this got you to
ask thought-provoking questions. You were easier to like when accepting
views that didn't always agree with your own. A shadow frequently followed
you into incarnations: running from commitments. It doesn't mean you never
were successful in this area. It is only saying there was an impulse to
sometimes leave if people wanted you to come closer. When you faced your
fear, relationships and other life roles were more enjoyable.
Aspects in Your Past Lives Report
You have already been introduced to the ten planets. Certain planetary pairs
in your chart have a special relationship to one another due to particular
angular distances separating them, known as aspects. You could say the two
planets in an aspect travel and interact together along the same circuit.
The following aspects will be listed under five types. Two are known as the
soft aspects: the sextile (60 degrees) and trine (120 degrees). These two
aspects generally point to more gentle themes, and therefore will describe
past life trends that went very well for you. They indicate a lower voltage
of electricity and produced less friction in your mind and through your
actions. The planets involved in a trine or sextile are more likely to talk
about areas where you flowed without much effort.
The more hard or intense aspects are the conjunction (0
degrees), square (90 degrees) and opposition (180 degrees). They required
your best understanding in past lives. Planets that are part of an intense
aspect you will notice often indicate lessons that must be learned, and
follow us from one incarnation into another until we get them in balance.
These higher voltage aspects don't mean the planets operated negatively,
only that there was much more force behind them. "Soft" does not mean good
and "intense" does not imply bad. It is often the more intense aspects that
deepen our soul growth, that is, if we learn how to use their power wisely.
If we don't it's like taking one step forward and three back.
It might be helpful to keep some keywords in mind for the
aspects. The sextile represents Excitation and Eagerness. The planets in
this aspect give clues as to how their energies worked in a stimulating way
through you. The trine is a special Harmony. The two planets involved show
you were confident of their interacting energies. The conjunction is where
two planets are joined at the hip. There is a Fusion or powerful blending of
these energies. The square can reveal where you encountered Friction. Pay
special attention to these aspects in particular because they denote themes
that are strong past patterns. Squares ask us to resolve their conflict by
finding creative outlets. The opposition requires a Balancing act. It is
similar to a seesaw. Gaining objective awareness about each planet is a key.
Remember, it was usually the most intense aspects that stretched you the
most in past lives.
Moon oppose Venus
You were quite intuitive about people unless you became
emotionally distraught. Partnerships made you feel extra special, whether in
regard to love or business. It was blending your energy with someone else
that stimulated you to seek out new horizons. Romance was an exhilarating
high. You only had problems if you depended on the wrong individuals for
support. Also, there were those willing to take everything you owned if you
weren't watchful. The universe was good to you in regard to wealth when you
took the time to express your deepest values.
Moon square Jupiter
Your judgment was sometimes questioned when your optimism
grew too excessive. Setting limits wasn't your strong suit. But inspiring
and persuading was. Your restlessness was a driving force. Becoming
judgmental was a shadow. When you stayed clear of this behavior, people
liked you. You felt it a mission to share what you knew with others. It was
your principles and highest beliefs that guided you. When you were
reasonable in what you asked of others, they more easily could meet your
expectations. It hurt your feelings when those closest to you didn't support
your favorite interests. There were times when you had to go forward with or
Moon square Node
Your destiny never really unfolded with great certainty or
in a linear fashion. It was more like resolving one crisis after another.
You got off this merry-go-round when stepping back for a minute to see how
to become a watcher without always having to be a reacting player. Emotional
power was at your disposal. Getting people to work with you rather than
resisting was a key. You needed to watch being overprotective. Your
dependency needs easily got too intertwined with those you loved or were
attached to. You got drained and burned out when not pacing your energy.
Your intuitive gifts were an asset.
Moon square Midheaven
The pressure you put on yourself to satisfy work and home
demands was stressful. Keeping these areas in balance was testy. If you
became too overprotective it made you worry. Learning to let go gave your
life more pleasure. You were intense about ambitions. A restless desire to
achieve success was a trait. You had sudden mood swings that made for inner
turbulence. This energy did at times bring instability. Although, when
harnessed this force did give you the courage to try things otherwise that
might have passed you by. It was important that you discriminated what
causes were worth your time and dedication.
Sun conjunct Mercury
You could think fast on your feet. Mental flashes quickly
darted across your mind. Some thought you nervous, others brilliantly witty.
Details either fascinated you or made you feel crazy. A sense of order was
desired so you could clearly decipher how to manifest your creativity. There
was a serious meticulous side, combined with a perception of life's absurd
ironies. Communication was an area you always could declare bragging rights.
If you talked without careful thinking, you did get into trouble. At least
one critiquing eye constantly peered out its socket, analyzing fact from
fiction. It was critical that you were harder on a problem than on yourself
or those you loved.
Sun trine Mars
Your self-confidence got you to ignore the odds. Some
thought you lazy or an idle dreamer. You saw this as knowing things worked
out for the best. There was a crash or two when you became too trusting. You
called this a learning experience. Competition was seen as a game, though
you could suddenly dart out in front of everyone when you wanted to really
win. You usually possessed a strong vitality that kept you endlessly hoping
to find playful adventures. You weren't always aware of what others needed,
but sure knew how to get them motivated.
Sun conjunct Pluto
If you're reading this one, you know you were deep! Each
incarnation put you through one test after another. There were secrets you
only revealed to a chosen few, or to nobody. You expressed great passion. It
was hard for you not to get too attached to what you loved. Running into
possessive individuals now and then did occur. When you forced others to
play by your rules, it wasn't as rewarding as when trusting them to do so.
You didn't like being pressured into decisions. Having things on your own
terms was more like it. Dealing with extremes was old business. It was your
resilience that separated you from many. Overcoming adversity made you a
tower of strength. Learning the art of forgiveness worked wonders. The clear
expression of power helped avoid struggles. You did need to keep a watchful
eye on those capable of betrayal. The mysteries of life fascinated you, and
deepened your awareness.
Sun trine Ascendant
Life seemed fair much of the time. You didn't necessarily
run to meet stressful challenges directly. Some accused you of being laid
back. You called this resting until the next big event came along. People
were won over by your self-assuredness. You had a bit of good fortune in
finding outlets for your enterprising ways. The attention paid to those you
loved made them feel generous toward you. It's true it didn't hurt if they
Mercury conjunct Pluto
A probing mind you usually had. There was a tendency to
investigate carefully whatever you decided to seriously pursue. People found
you hard to get to know due to hidden agendas. There was a tendency to be
shrewd. You could become obsessively worried about things. It was vital that
you learned how to break free from this pattern. Becoming too attached to
what you desired sometimes was painful. The taboos of your society
interested you. There were few subjects you treated as off limits. The
mysteries of life often fascinated you. Your mind became very alert and
passionate after finding the paths that gave you greater psychological
depth. Cheating danger and death by drawing upon inner strength and poise
did occur. You were at your best when converting negative energy into a
positive. You had a powerful intellect. There were many fearing your
criticism. Power struggles taught you how to defend yourself. Forgiveness
did sometimes bring rebirth.
Mercury trine Ascendant
A mellow way of expressing your ideas put others at ease.
You enjoyed talking about yourself. You had to develop your powers of
concentration, which got a little easier when finding your favorite life
interests. A change of routine was wise when attempting to energize your
mind. You didn't like to worry, viewing it as a waste of time.
Venus square Node
Rushing into relationships with reckless abandonment usually
was three steps backward. Compulsive desires called to you regularly.
Fighting comfort in favor of creating conflict grew tiring. What was the
good news? You were determined to make it in the world one way or another.
Sitting back and waiting for success you realized didn't get the job done.
You were a go-getter. Later in life, you often slowed down just enough to
accept that peace and quiet were not so bad. Sabotaging the good things was
a habit if not gotten under control. You liked to eat, drink and be merry.
Celebrating the milestones was enjoyable. Finding a lover that shared your
zest and vitality was essential.
Mars trine Pluto
Being able to anticipate change you were fairly good at.
There were occasions when you got a little too passive perhaps, but in the
end you could shoot a full throttle in the nick of time if needed. You liked
learning how to control your intensity. Actions with a purpose became your
Mars trine Ascendant
You had a calm way reacting to conflict. You could meet
force with force, but tended to look for simpler ways to deal with
adversity. People didn't really perceive just how intense you could be. You
enjoyed an active life. Sitting still for prolonged time periods wasn't a
first choice. Finding ways to marshal your anger and impulsiveness so it
could be expressed in more useful ways was a strong need.
Jupiter conjunct Uranus
Freedom. It meant everything to you! Your mind went off on a
tangent, like an inventor, not able to stop the force of new ideas. A rebel
that struck with great wit was you. There were those not fond of your ideas.
You were not exactly the most stabilizing factor. You had a philosophy that
woke up the minds of your contemporaries, sometimes infuriating them. It was
when you threatened someone's comfort zones that you got the strongest
reaction. You didn't always greet change warmly. Innovators had to prove
their thinking was for the good or you resisted ruthlessly. Developing
consistency and follow through was a challenge.
Jupiter square Neptune
Your faith could either be impeccable or be filled with
holes of doubt. It was escapism that hijacked your happiness. Facing your
shortcomings gave you the strength to deal with whatever came your way. You
believed in love. Your romances were many. You found the greatest peace when
realizing you could survive alone or with that special someone. There was a
divine discontent with reality that either drove you to be creative or to
become disillusioned. You detested limits. Whatever you could imagine you
thought possible to accomplish. An intense desire to follow a spiritual path
suddenly came upon you. There was conflict in chasing what the world offered
and satisfying an inner longing for peace. You weren't easy to live with
because you were so changeable in likes and dislikes. When you did become
content, you had to stay grounded to really let the experience engulf you.
Ideals inspired your creativity.
Jupiter oppose Node
If you are reading this one, many of your past lives had a
pattern of anxiously finding something or someone to believe in. In the
final analysis, it was your own self-confidence and self-understanding that
was the key to your fulfillment. A tendency to go where the grass was
greener did cause you to leave situations in favor of better opportunities.
Twenty-twenty hindsight taught you that patience might have been wise.
However, at times you smartly left behind very limiting circumstances. Being
dogmatically attached to a narrow philosophy didn't open the door to many
possibilities. Nor did being compulsively expansive help you get much
accomplished. An open-minded perspective with a passionate longing to
express your knowledge was a winning combination. The teacher and advisor in
you became evident to others. When not running from your shadows, you became
Jupiter conjunct Midheaven
Success came through a positive attitude and faith. You
didn't really strike others as ambitious, more easygoing. But when inspired
you left people in your tracks. Procrastination was your biggest challenge.
Having the faith and ambition to succeed came with determination. Having a
positive attitude took you far.
Jupiter square Ascendant
Overconfidence was a strong tendency. So was exaggeration.
But then again, it was taking chances that propelled you forward into new
panoramas. You perhaps believed too much in what others were selling when a
little stepping back to think would have saved you time and money. Sharing
information was a drive. Your timing wasn't always accurate when it came to
making changes. Being somewhat unpredictable made others nervous. You were
emphatic about self-discovery. Discipline and focus were tests.
Uranus square Neptune
An inner restlessness to pursue your dreams occurred
throughout some incarnations. It wasn't easy to concentrate on the present
unless you had clear vision. The mental and emotional sides of you were in
conflict, especially when you experienced guilt. Integrating intense
emotions and a strong intellect took patience. Exerting your independence
required faith when there were people standing in your way. There were
occasions when you too easily sacrificed your goals and ideals to please
others. Balancing your intuition with a realistic assessment of what was
truly possible was the big challenge.
Uranus conjunct Midheaven
You have a past of being an innovator, introducing new ideas
faster than a culture could digest them. Standing on your own two feet with
a steady diet of independent thinking was your reality. You needed plenty of
elbowroom from which to operate. You were as inventive as unpredictable. You
detested rigid rules and continuously rebelled against them. Settling into
the norm of a society was never easy. Nervous breakdowns resulted if you
didn't gain a cooler objective awareness about life. An inability to make
compromises caused tension in relationships. Focusing power came when coming
upon life directions offering you a deeper sense of purpose. Authority
figures either admired your offbeat, insightful thinking, or feared it as a
threat. There wasn't much gray area in between!
Uranus square Ascendant
Ideas traveled through you at the speed of light, sometimes
causing you to ride one suddenly onto a new highway. Your fast changes of
direction made some think you to be undependable. You enjoyed shocking
others with actions and thought-provoking ideas. It wasn't in your nature to
be a copycat. You were trend setting for sure. Causing friction with no real
purpose behind the action wasn't productive. You were quite a catalyst for
change. Erratic inconsistencies in behavior proved problematic in
maintaining closeness or finishing what you started out to do. When you
discovered your unique personal style it did find you with a clearer sense
Neptune square Midheaven
Creating your own standards of perfection turned out better
than trying to please everyone else. You were at your unhappiest when
letting other's critiquing get you down. Sensitivity made you intuitive, but
afraid to display your wares. Your idealism was so large it made accepting
reality not so easy. When in love with a person or a higher power, you had
relentless energy. Facing your personal issues turned out better than
running from them.
Neptune oppose Ascendant
You were impressionable. The test came in seeing someone for
what they really represented. Wearing rose colored glasses didn't make for
reality testing. However, when you found a soul mate, life was wonderful. A
search for a higher power inspired you. Finding ways to satisfy the demands
of your idealism was no easy challenge. The muses spoke through you
forcefully when you acknowledged them. Not letting others talk you out of
your dreams was vital to your fulfillment.
Pluto trine Ascendant
Channeling your energy carefully kept you out of harm's way.
Life was more apt to reward you with its gifts when you walked with broad
vision. You had power through a sense of tuning into the paths that led to

tendency, life was more fulfilling. Planning small steps to success was a

attached to the results of your actions. Nobody wins all of the time wasn't
easy for you to accept. Your strength shined through when the going got
tough. You did see that choosing your battles wisely was the road to
increased happiness. Power struggles were commonplace. Sensitivity about
your reputation was another trait. It meant a lot to you to be known as an
6th House: Learning skills, work environment, perfection,

You were impatient with the details. The expansive
opportunities called to your soul. Others might have had to pick up after
you. Patience came after you satisfied an insatiable curiosity to fill your
mind with as much new information as possible. You could be easily angered
by the narrow-minded. If you became too isolated within your own truths,
people did not find you as much fun. It's when you showed tolerance for
differing points of view that you were well rounded. Knowledge was next to
god in your eyes. You couldn't stomach serving causes or leaders that lacked
morality. You suffered the consequences of defending your principles. Though
there was no other way to live according to your own standards. Hasty
judgments distanced you from friends and lovers. An open mind guided by a
gentle wisdom was what brought the biggest rewards your way.
7th House: Relationships, marriage, partnerships, social
Libra on 7th house:
You never liked to go through life as a loner. Partners made
you feel more complete. Sharing your life with a special someone was worth
the trials and tribulations. Fair minded individuals are who attracted you.
Making a decision with a lover did at times get confusing. You functioned
better with decisive partners. You were comfortable with logical individuals
that didn't drain you emotionally. People knowing how to communicate
concisely won your admiration. You appreciated and valued intelligence. You
needed to beware of a tendency in trying to overly please others. You were
at your best when assertive and yet aware of what people wanted from you.
And, oh yes, you liked a lot of attention.
8th House: Power, joint resources, rebirth, passion,
Virgo on 8th house:
So what if you were overly worried about money? You couldn't
help it if your mind instinctively kept one eye on what was in the bank.
Surrendering to compulsive worry got you into trouble. It did help when you
learned to trust that life would be good to you. Staying above negative
thoughts was the key. When moody, you could launch a verbal attack. When not
hiding your feelings there was less of a tendency to explode. A humble way
of asking for forgiveness won back your friends and lovers.

Leo on 9th house:

risks. An undaunted determination to leap over tall buildings sometimes got
you into trouble. You weren't one to wait for others to give you permission
to try new endeavors. People found you inflexible regarding your most sacred
beliefs. When you were open to the ideas of others, greater chances for
growth occurred. Seeing the humor in life's ironies was good for your health
and sense of well being. Self-centeredness did offend some. Though your
willingness to believe in those you adored usually kept them loyal allies.

live. Keeping a sober perspective without sacrificing your ideals was the
